"Drawing I: Squares" by Kyle Christensen

Medium: Acrylic on 18x24 thick drawing paper. | This was an assignment half way through the semester of my Spring 2012 Drawing I class. The requirement was to create a composition using only a set grid, acrylic paint, and set the grid square colors that they won't directly touch side by side in a way that creates an interesting work. I chose to create a pixelated sunset over an ocean view with a wave on the right.
